WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
Our web servers collect general data pertaining to each Site visitor, including but not limited to, the IP address, tracking codes, the domain name, the web page, the length of time spent and the pages accessed while visiting this Site. We also collect personally identifiable and transactional information provided by companies and Site visitors that send inquiries through the Site. This information includes contact information. We may also retain the content of the communications that are sent to our customer service representatives.

We collect information directly from you - for example when you participate in a survey, or fill out a form requesting information from us.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Packline Co. uses the information it collects to improve functionality, like search and site navigation, not for external marketing purposes. Packline does not share any information with third parties. Telephone numbers provided on-line will be called only if Packline has questions specific to your request. Packline sends notifications, such as order confirmations, via email.
Recipients of our e-mail marketing messages can unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mail by using the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the message. Because mailing lists are prepared in advance of each promotion, you may be sent a couple of promotions before the change is effective.
The Packline Co. makes every attempt to keep prices as low as possible. Prices quoted may not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Market sensitive commodity products will be priced according to current market conditions.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT TERMS
The Packline Co. accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
For customers with established Packline credit, standard payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick-up of products, unless otherwise noted on the invoice. All credit extended by Packline to Customer, and the limits of such credit are at Packine’s sole discretion and may be reduced or revoked by Packline at any time, for any reason. As a condition for the continued extension of credit, the customer agrees to provide Packline with current credit information and the latest annual financial statement within five (5) business days following a request by Packline. Packline reserves the right to charge a convenience fee for late payments. Packline further reserves the right to charge customers a late payment fee at the rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) of the amount due for each month or portion thereof that the amount due remains unpaid, or such amount as may be permitted under applicable law. Credit Card payments made via our Online Payment Portal are subject to a 4% Convenience Charge.
If a customer fails to comply with Packline’s credit terms or fails to supply adequate assurance of full performance to Packline within a reasonable time after requested by Packline (such time as specified in Packline's request), Packline may defer shipments until such payment or compliance is made, require cash in advance for any further shipments, demand immediate payment of all amounts then owed, elect to pursue collection action (including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and any and all other associated costs of collection), and/or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of an unshipped order.
Prices stated are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid & add to the destination specified in the order. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery, including without limitation, expedited same-day delivery, air freight, freight collect, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or another special handling by the carrier. Local delivery service via Packline's truck fleet is available, freight rates vary and may include a fuel surcharge at Packline's discretion.
Stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return. Custom items may not be returned for credit.
Although The Packline Co. takes great care to ensure that shipments are protected, damage in transit does occasionally occur. To receive credit for damaged products, the damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and put aside for freight carrier review. All damaged goods claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.
